Joy is not oftentimes the word that comes to mind when one thinks about the process of selling or buying real estate. Words like “budget,” “interest rates,” “inspections,” “stress,” and “affordability” are more common.

I have worn many hats in my lifetime, and the greatest feeling of satisfaction for me comes when I can help someone experience JOY…..and, yes, it is possible during a real estate transaction!
